Christmas 2021 Shipping Deadlines

All hockey bags, Summerskates, skate soakers, and Green Biscuits are likely to arrive for Christmas arrival if ordered by December 12. *Exceptions may apply due to extreme weather conditions such as British Columbia road closures in Canada.

All t-shirts, hats, and hoodies are made to order, order cut-off for Christmas delivery is December 4, 2021. All orders placed after December 4th are not guaranteed for Christmas arrival.

SHIPPING FOR HOCKEY BAGS

All hockey bags are shipped from Canada. Ground service is used for all deliveries to Canada and US. Standard ground shipping is free for bag orders within Canada and US, customers have the option to pay for expedited service. While most orders reach our customers within 2-5 business days, it may take up to 7-10 days depending on your location. We do ship world-wide, deliveries outside of North America typically arrive within 7 days but may take up to 2 weeks. There is a shipping fee for orders outside North America.

All bags are shipped in durable waterproof poly bags or recycled corrugate boxes. Multiple carry bags are shipped in corrugate boxes.

We do not charge customs or duties on your orders at time of purchase.

SHIPPING FOR APPAREL

Shipping for apparel generally takes about 1 week from time of order, as all apparel are made to order.

Apparel delivery speed and price depends on product type and destination. It can get a bit confusing, that’s why we’ve made these tables to help you out.

Each item we ship may have different delivery times, this is because some products are packaged and shipped separately due to different packaging needs.

If I choose the Expedited FedEx shipping rate in checkout, do you also ship that order faster?

Yes, we do! Expedited FedEx orders are automatically bumped to the front of our fulfillment queue to assure best possible fulfillment time.

FedEx also offers Basic shipping rates such as FedEx Ground (3-5 business days after fulfillment) and FedEx SmartPost (3-8 business days after fulfillment). Orders with these shipping rates will be fulfilled in standard time.

FedEx doesn’t ship to PO Boxes.

Custom Fees Notice

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Conway + Banks is not responsible for these fees.

Most of our apparel orders are currently fulfilled in the USA. Embroidered hats are made and sent from Canada and USA, and will not be subject to any customs.
